1. Definitions

• •“Membership” refers to a subscription-based access to premium features within the App.
• •“Services” means AI-powered skincare analysis and personalized cosmetic product recommendations.
• •“Third-Party Vendors” are brands or sellers providing the cosmetic products listed in the App.
• •“Bluesense” or “we/us” refers to Bluesense AI Inc., the service provider of the App.

2. Membership Types and Features

The App provides both free and paid membership plans. Paid plans grant access to advanced AI analysis tools and personalized recommendations. Membership details, pricing, and feature comparisons are available in-app and on our official website.

3. Subscription Fees and Payment Terms

Membership fees are billed in the currency and interval indicated during registration. All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via third-party platforms.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. If you cancel during the free trial period, no charges will apply. For paid plans:

• •After 14 days: Cancellation is effective at the end of the billing cycle, and no refund is issued for the current period.

5. Auto-Renewal Notification

Unless canceled, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. Prior to renewal, we will notify you via in-app message or email. You may turn off auto-renewal at any time in your account settings.

6. Termination of Agreement

Bluesense may suspend or terminate access to your account for material violations (e.g., abuse, fraud, unauthorized resale) or with seven (7) days’ notice for less serious breaches. You may terminate your subscription anytime via the app.

7. Third-Party Product Listings and Sales

Smart Beauty facilitates listings and recommendations for skincare products from third-party vendors. Bluesense AI Inc. is not the seller, manufacturer, or owner of these products. Any purchases made are processed through third-party platforms or vendors.

Bluesense is not responsible for product quality, delivery, warranty, or customer support. Users must refer to each vendor’s policies for shipping, returns, and refund claims.

We may earn commissions on purchases made via affiliate links or AI-driven suggestions. Such monetization does not affect the neutrality or accuracy of recommendations.

8. Legal Disputes

"This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the California Arbitration Act. Users may waive class action rights and agree to individual resolution. Users have 30 days from the acceptance of these Terms to opt-out of binding arbitration by emailing support@bluesense.ai. If you do not opt out, arbitration will be the exclusive means of resolving disputes.

9. Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Major changes will be communicated via:
