Do I need to use a second cleanser after this?
For thorough cleansing (especially if wearing makeup or sunscreen), we recommend following with a water-based cleanser. For minimal makeup days or morning cleansing, the balm alone may be sufficient.
Will this clog my pores?
No! Despite being oil-based, our formula is non-comedogenic. The oils we use are similar to skin's natural sebum and actually help dissolve pore-clogging debris.
Can I use this on my eyes?
Yes! It's gentle enough for the eye area and effectively removes waterproof mascara and eyeliner. Just be careful not to get it directly in your eyes.
Why should I apply to dry skin?
Oil and water don't mix. Applying to dry skin allows the oils to properly bind with makeup and sebum. Water will cause it to emulsify prematurely, reducing effectiveness.
