You can track the status of your order through the Smart Beauty app or at smartbeautyapp.com. Tap "Track Order" at the top of the page to view your recent orders.

Select the order number you'd like to track to view detailed shipping information and tracking updates.

Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days after your order has been shipped.

Order Submitted - "Placed": Your order has been placed and your payment has been successfully authorized.

Order Processing - "In Progress": Your order is being prepared and packaged (1-2 business days).

Order Delivery - "Shipped": Your order has been shipped and tracking details have been provided.

Order Delivery - "Partially Shipped": One or more items have shipped, with the remainder on the way.

Order Returned - "Returned": Returns may take up to 2 weeks to process and for your refund to reflect.

Once placed, orders cannot be modified. You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it.

Check the current order status through the "Order Details" section in the app or website.

If any item in your order is out of stock, it will be automatically canceled and you'll be notified via email. In-stock items will still ship as expected.

Orders that originally qualified for free shipping (over $50) will still ship for free if partially canceled.

Beauty Points: Not awarded for canceled items.

Rewards: If a cancellation affects your point balance and it drops below the reward threshold, your reward may still ship if other items qualify. If not, the reward may be withheld and your balance could go negative.

Promotional items ship only with qualifying merchandise orders. If your entire order is canceled, promo items will not ship.

If your order qualifies for free shipping and part of it is canceled by Smart Beauty, the remaining items will still ship free of charge.

If you're not satisfied with your Smart Beauty purchase, we welcome you to return new or gently used items within 30 days for a full refund to your original method of payment. A proof of purchase is required.

Note: Excessive or suspicious return activity may lead to return privileges being revoked, with or without a receipt.

Returns are subject to approval. Items not approved by Smart Beauty may be rejected.

Beauty Points earned on refunded items will be deducted from your account.

By Mail (within 30 days): Use the prepaid return label in your order details. Original shipping fees are only refunded if the return is due to a Smart Beauty error. Please allow up to 30 days for mail-in returns to be processed; you will receive email confirmation once your return is complete.

If you're returning a Smart Beauty gift and do not want the refund to go to the original purchaser, contact support before sending it back so the refund can be issued as store credit instead.

Payment method used, and where the refund will be credited:

•Credit/Debit Card — the original card

•Gift receipt — store credit (usable in the storefront you ordered from)

Store credits do not expire but cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.

•Smart Beauty gift cards

•Intimate care items

•Certain limited-edition beauty kits

Items without a receipt may be accepted if verified in our system. Items not found in our records are not eligible for refund or credit.

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days.
