Smart Beauty is a marketplace: most of what you buy here is made by brands and sold by suppliers who hold their own accounts with us. This page sets out what we require of them.

How our supply chain works
We do not manufacture the products listed here. Every seller accepts our supplier agreement before listing, which binds them to the laws of the markets they sell into, to accurate product and ingredient information, and to our standards for how their own suppliers are treated.
What we require
Suppliers must not use forced, bonded or child labour anywhere in their operations or their own supply chains, must meet the wage, working-hours and workplace-safety law that applies to them, and must be able to show us this on request. A supplier who cannot is removed from the marketplace.
Telling us about a problem
If you believe a product or a seller on Smart Beauty is connected to forced labour or another serious abuse, write to hello@smartbeautyapp.com. Tell us the product or seller and what you have seen. We follow up on every report of this kind and will remove listings while we do.
