SMART BEAUTY – BIOMETRIC & HEALTH DATA CONSENT FORM

1. PURPOSE OF CONSENT

This form is designed to document your freely given, informed, and explicit consent for the collection and processing of biometric and health-related data through the Smart Beauty mobile application. Your data will be used solely for non-medical cosmetic assessment and personalized care recommendations.

2. DATA COLLECTED

The following data will only be collected and processed with your explicit consent:

  • Facial images submitted via the application
  • Skin characteristics extracted from those images
  • Cosmetic concerns related to your skin, as self-reported by you

3. LEGAL BASIS

This data is processed solely on the basis of your consent, in accordance with the data protection laws of the applicable country:

  • Brazil: Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD)
  • Mexico: Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP)
  • Argentina: Ley de Protección de los Datos Personales No. 25.326

4. CONDITIONS OF CONSENT

By giving this consent, you:

  • Authorize the use of your biometric and health-related data strictly for cosmetic analysis;
  • Acknowledge that this data will not be used for medical diagnosis or treatment;
  • Understand that refusal to provide consent may limit access to certain features of the application.

5. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

You may withdraw your consent at any time, without providing a reason and without penalty. To do so:

  • Send an email to privacy@bluesense.ai, or
  • Update your consent preferences in the app settings.

Upon withdrawal, your data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable national laws.

6. DATA RETENTION

Your data will be stored only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above. In accordance with Argentine law, once the processing purpose ends or consent is withdrawn, your data will be deleted or anonymized within 5 business days.

Bluesense AI Inc. implements technical and administrative security measures to safeguard the confidentiality and integrity of your data. These measures are designed to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification.
