This Biometric and Health Data Consent Form ("Consent Form") is designed to inform you and obtain your explicit consent for the collection, use, storage, and processing of your biometric and health-related personal data by Bluesense AI Inc. ("Bluesense," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with your use of the Smart Beauty mobile application and related services.

Please read this Consent Form carefully before submitting any images, data, or health information through the Smart Beauty platform. If you do not agree, you should not use the services that require biometric or health data.

1. Types of Data We Collect

By using certain features of the Smart Beauty app, you may voluntarily provide biometric and/or health-related information including, but not limited to:

Facial images and video selfies for skin analysis.

Skin condition data (e.g., acne, spots, oiliness, wrinkles, redness, UV damage).

Images of specific body areas for analysis (if applicable).

Health-related metadata (e.g., hydration levels, skin sensitivity, past conditions).
