It helps eliminate dead skin cells and provide clarity to the skin. This compound, from the Beta Hydroxy Acid (BHA) group, is especially effective on oily and acne-prone skin. Salicylic Acid helps gently cleanse dead cells on the surface of the skin, soothe and purify the skin. It penetrates the inner walls of clogged pores and cleans foreign substances, while helping to increase circulation and remove excess sebum.
